Your house has a list. We handle it. One small monthly payment: we visit every season, check the whole house, and fix the small stuff on the spot. ($35/month + HST)

Every visit starts with a full seasonal check-up — exterior and eavestroughs, caulking, doors and windows, plumbing fixtures, basement moisture, detectors and filters — then we work through your running list of small repairs, up to 1 hour of labour per visit, with small materials up to $20 per visit included.

Your first visit is a full assessment: we record anything already worn or broken as your home's starting condition. That existing list can be quoted as a one-time catch-up package with your 10% member discount — then the plan maintains the house from there. Each visit covers what fits in the hour; anything left over is quoted at your 10% member discount or waits for the next visit.

Members also get a handyman in their corner: call or text with questions about anything your house needs — free consultations and help by phone, no charge for members.
